Payment & Shipping 

We receive your payment through credit/debit cardsPayPal & etc. 
Orders should be paid in full within 48 hours of purchasing.

If you wish to pay via money order or a check, please contact us before or immediately after placing an order.



We ship your parcel from Germany.

Domestic delivery- Your parcel will arrive in 2days.

International delivery (EU)- Your parcel will arrive in 3-7days. 

International delivery for rest of the world- 14-21days.
(Sometimes longer when it's Christmas gift season etc)
After payment is cleared, we will ship out your package within 2days to your address.
If you hope fast delivery, additional shipping fee might be charged.

We can not be held responsible for stolen packages, damages occurring during the shipping process, undelivered items or custom fees. We take extra care when packaging international orders so your items remain safe during their journey!


Returns & Exchange 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy with your order we are happy to refund or exchange it for you, in that case please contact us within a 48 hours from receiving the item. if it is in new condition, for equal or more value but you must pay the difference if it is higher value exchange.

If you need to cancel an order this must be done ASAP and within 24 hours.

To organize a return, please send us email with a completed form:

*The order number
*The issue
*What you would like instead

Within 2 business days, we will email you back with the address to send your return back to. 

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once we have received it.

We do not cover refund/exchange shipping fees.

We recommend retaining proof of postage until we have confirmed your return has been processed. 

Unfortunately, in cases of 1-3cm of sewing error and color difference on your monitor & screen can not be refund issues.
